Heritage Building Restoration

The fundamental principle of cleaning a Heritage or Historical building is that the most gentle techniques and materials should be employed to achieve the desired preservation. Traditional methods of aggressive cleaning (such as high-pressure washing, sand or soda blasting) do irreversible damage, speeding the buildings erosion.

Our process applies environmentally safe, residue free chemicals. This is followed by a steam/hot water, low pressure rinse - cleaning from bottom up, and then rinsing from top down. This method provides a deep but gentle clean, removing dirt, carbon, pollution, and staining without causing damage to the surface.

Application of a sealer may or may not be appropriate after cleaning and restoration; we provide sealer consults for each client.
